From someone whose shop the 2022 water took: add us to the relay list. The shopkeeper knows every household by name and account, stays until the last day (our stock IS our life savings — we watch the water news harder than anyone), and the shop is where the village gathers to decide. In our union council the warning that finally moved people came shop-to-shop, three days after it reached the tehsil office. Give shopkeepers the alert calls and a simple duty — announce, and mark the notice board — and your coverage doubles at zero cost. We have the strongest reason of anyone to be right about the water.
